Down here, we inject our turkeys. A jar of liquid seasoning, and a needle the size of a ten-penny nail. It&#039;s called &quot;Cajun Injector.&quot; You inject the meat with the sauce, and it comes out great! Then you deep fry the darn thing in 5 gallons of peanut oil. Very juicy meat. Much better than baking it. Very redneck. We fried 11 turkeys on Wednesday.
